During the 2025 event, Megadyne will showcase its comprehensive portfolio of solutions tailored to the tyre manufacturing sector. Our product focus during this event is the MEGALINEAR timing belt range, applicable to the tire industry. The open-length belts are manufactured in thermoplastic polyurethane. Various MEGALINEAR belts are available with steel and aramid cords to meet every working condition and customer requirement from the industry. MEGALINEAR belts are particularly suited where the key requirements are precise accuracy of position, low noise, and long maintenance-free cycles.
During TTE, we will present the T10 belt profile, available in a range of options: Kevlar and Steel Cord (standard construction), Kevlar Cord on MEGALINEAR wide, and Megaflex construction including nylon fabric both on teeth and back to enhance the wearing resistance. The body of the belts is made of thermoplastic polyurethane, characterised by high levels of wear resistance, even in the presence of shock and surge loading. High-strength S and Z parallel tension members allow high breaking load and low elongation and straightness. The combination of these high-grade materials improves belt performance, making the MEGALINEAR belt range perfect for the demanding world of tyre manufacturing.
