What are the benefits of the new warehouse space?<\/h2>\n\n

With  26,000 m3<\/sup> of internal storage area<\/strong>, our automated warehouse will allow us to:<\/p>\n\n

  • Reduce product flow times<\/strong> and increase accuracy.<\/li>\n\t
  • Create a \u201cSmart Warehouse\u201d<\/strong> with more integrated control data.<\/li>\n\t
  • Greatly increase the overall storage capacity.<\/strong><\/li>\n\t
  • Offer the fastest times<\/strong>, from order to product delivery in the marketplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    How does the automated warehouse influence our operations?<\/h2>\n\n

Continuing to supply our clients in the European, Middle East and African markets<\/strong>, with more Speed, Accuracy & Efficiency”<\/em><\/p>\n\n

    The new Smart Warehouse is totally integrated with the business management system and interfaces directly with our production systems<\/strong>. Utilising automated lift systems, that traverse along four lanes and reach a height of 17 meters, allows instant access to 13,000 pallet storage stations <\/strong>(which permit us to stock approximately 40.000 stock-keeping units<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n

    The pallet handling is fully automated and allows operators to work directly at multiple picking points<\/strong>, with additional stations for incoming goods. The system is designed to have a capacity of over 160 pallets per hour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
